We know you're excited to receive your Danysu pieces, so we work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Please see below for information about processing times, shipping costs, and delivery.

How Is the Delivery Time Calculated?

Your estimated delivery time is calculated based on order processing time + shipping time.

Order Processing

Once your payment has been successfully authorised and verified, we will begin preparing your order. Orders typically take 1–4 business days to process before being shipped.

Shipping Time

For Standard Shipping, the estimated transit time is 6–14 business days after your order has been processed.

This means your total estimated delivery time is approximately 7–18 business days:

1–4 business days processing + 6–14 business days shipping = 7–18 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, carrier, customs clearance, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Important Delivery Information

Please make sure your shipping address, postal code, phone number, and other delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or the package being returned to us.

International orders may also experience delays due to customs processing, which is outside of Danysu’s control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available so you can follow your package's journey.

Taxes & Customs

For most destinations, customers do not need to pay additional import fees, duties, or VAT. However, customs duties or VAT may apply in certain countries or regions, depending on local regulations. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
