I cannot access my delivery address. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment will receive a full refund.
For orders cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, we are unable to process cancellations.
